1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Axiom Revenue Labs website and the Axiom OS platform. Axiom OS is a proprietary SaaS platform delivering automated RevOps remediation through a governed semantic layer. By using this site or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Services

Axiom Revenue Labs provides self-serve and platform-delivered products:

  • Free resources (structural scan, assessment, newsletter)
  • Digital products (Fix Guide, paid in-app resources)
  • The Zero-Trust Scan and asynchronous audit (€1,500), deployed and paid via Stripe
  • Axiom OS technical onboarding and tenant provisioning (SaaS subscription)

All products are delivered through the Axiom OS platform and are provided by Axiom Revenue Labs Ltd, the trading entity behind Axiom OS. Purchasing is self-serve; no sales call is required for any product on this site.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is processed via Stripe before delivery unless otherwise stated
  • SaaS subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in the self-serve billing portal
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the ECB base rate

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Free resources: No payment required. Unsubscribe anytime.
  • Asynchronous audit: You may cancel within 14 days of payment if the audit has not been delivered. Once delivery has begun, refunds are at our discretion based on work completed.
  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once downloaded.
  • SaaS subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, images, code, frameworks) is owned by Axiom Revenue Labs Ltd
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Client-specific deliverables (audit reports, workflow configurations) belong to the client upon full payment
  • General methodologies, the governed semantic layer, and platform frameworks remain our intellectual property

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the preceding 12 months
  • We do not guarantee specific results (revenue increases, time savings) as these depend on implementation
  • Findings are evidence-led estimates produced by deterministic rules, not guaranteed outcomes
  • Free resources, scans, and assessments are provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of any kind

7. The Axiom Reasoning Engine (ARE) and AI-Generated Outputs

Axiom OS uses the Axiom Reasoning Engine (ARE) — a deterministic context engine and governed semantic layer — to analyse, draft, and recommend. Output is evidence-led and a starting point for decisions, never an autonomous decision:

  • All remediations deploy in shadow mode first with version-controlled rollback; a human approves before anything reaches production
  • We are not liable for decisions made, or actions taken, solely on the basis of engine output without human review
  • You are responsible for verifying that any output is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your context before use
  • Your proprietary data is not used to train third-party AI models without your explicit written consent

8. Confidentiality

Information you share during scans and audits is confidential. We will not share your data, schemas, or results with third parties without your explicit permission. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or that you authorise us to share (e.g., anonymised case studies).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the protections of EU consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
